CHARMES CHAMBERTIN DAVID 2012, 75 CL
The vines of David Duband's Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru are 85 years old on average, and face east on marl, iron and pebble soils. Vinified with the greatest care, the wine has a sublime dark red colour with bluish highlights that reveal its subtlety. The nose is distinguished by aromas of black fruits and the palate is intense, rich, with a toasty, slightly roasted finish. The tannins are of remarkable nobility.
