The Domaines Ott were created in 1896 thanks to Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer, who after having traveled through France and its vast vineyards, decided to settle in Provence. The vineyards of Provence were just emerging from the phylloxera crisis and Marcel Ott made the choice to replant noble grape varieties to revive the great wines of Provence.
