Domaine :

Vignoble haut-médocain appartenant à la jeune et talentueuse œnologue Caroline Frey, le Château la Lagune est un troisième cru classé pratiquant une agriculture raisonnée. En quête perpétuelle de perfection, elle sublime le terroir exceptionnel de la Lagune et nous livre des vins sublimes.

Vin :

Le Château la Lagune révèle d’agréables arômes de prunes, de fruits rouges légèrement fumés et épicés. En bouche on retrouve une matière riche et soyeuse et un fruité éclatant. C’est raffiné, c’est élégant et complexe. Nul doute, c’est un grand vin !

Domaine :

Les origines du Château Ducluzeau remontent à la fin du XVIIème siècle. Il fut ensuite transmis aux femmes de la famille pendant plus de trois générations. C’est surement pour cela qu’on lui confère un côté très élégant voire féminin dans le style de ses vins. Détenu par la famille Borie (également propriétaire du Château Ducru-Beaucaillou), le Château Ducluzeau est classé cru Bourgeois en 1932 et confirme sa position lors du nouveau classement de 2003.

Vin :

Sa dominante de merlot le positionne en toute modestie comme le Pétrus du Médoc. On appréciera son caractère fruité, sa matière charnue et son toucher velouté laissant place à une très belle fraicheur caractéristique de l’appellation Listrac Médoc.

Petit vignoble, situé tout près de Libourne sur la rive droite de la Dordogne, représentant moins de 800 hectares, et jouxtant celui de Saint Emilion, il n’en est pas moins réputé pour produire de très grands vins alliant le côté délicat et séveux des Saint-Emilion avec la puissance des vins du Médoc.

Domaine :

Petrus est incontestablement le plus mythique des vins de Pomerol et l’un des vins rouges les plus convoités et les plus chers au monde avec une production avoisinant les 30 000 bouteilles par an. Ce vignoble d’exception, de 11,4 hectares, doit une grande partie de sa renommée à son ancienne propriétaire Mme Labat qui l’a fait partager aux convives du mariage de la Reine d’Angleterre et à Jean-Pierre Moueix qui en a fait le vin préféré de la famille Kennedy. Outre son incroyable capacité de garde, Petrus reste, malgré une concurrence de plus en plus rude, un nectar incomparable exprimant à merveille la spécificité de son terroir et la quintessence du Merlot.

Vin :

Un vin mythique sur un millésime de légende. Noté à 9 reprises 100 points par le fameux critique Robert Parker, Petrus représente le « sacré » du vin français pour beaucoup. Ce millésime 2010 livre un nez prodigieusement complexe, fruits noirs et épices s’entremêlent subtilement. La bouche est une extraordinaire alliance entre soyeux et richesse. Tout est tellement juste. Un « Graal » à la longévité quasi éternelle.

Situé au parallèle 45 ; à mi-chemin entre le pôle nord et l’équateur, sur la rive droite de la Dordogne, le vignoble de Saint Emilion est le plus vaste du Bordelais. Sa richesse de patrimoine et ses paysages viticoles en ont fait le premier vignoble inscrit au Patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO.

Domaine :

Appartenant au fameux quatuor des Saint Emilion Grand Cru classé A, le Château Cheval Blanc est situé en bordure de Pomerol. Il impressionne par l’élégance, l’équilibre, la justesse de ses vins au potentiel de garde inouï. Pierre Lurton (également château Yquem) et son équipe subliment à merveille chaque cep de vigne. Petite particularité de la propriété, son encépagement majoritaire en Cabernet Franc, complété par le Merlot. Le château produit un second vin, le Petit Cheval, plus accessible, qui donne une superbe approche du style du château.

Vin :

Il ne fait nul doute que nous sommes en présence d’un Grand Vin. Les vieilles vignes du château sont cultivées avec une seule idée en tête : l’Excellence. Les vins sont tout à cette image, amples et soyeux avec une dominante fruitée et une fraicheur inégalable. Les vins sont taillés pour la garde sans pour autant se montrer austère dans leur jeune âge. Le millésime 2006 est marqué par la concentration et la puissance avec un potentiel de garde élevé alors que l’on trouvera une grande vivacité autour du millésime 2007 avec une bouche légèrement moins riche et volumineuse.

Domaine :

C’est à la fin du 19ème siècle que Louis Nicolas achète ce domaine de 11,7 hectares, voisin de Petrus et Cheval Blanc. Les héritiers Nicolas, toujours présents à la gestion du château La Conseillante, sont identifiés sur l’étiquette par le blason « LN ». Cet attachement au vignoble familial n’a d’égal que la qualité des vins produits, à la fois suaves et racés, ils impressionnent par leur fraicheur et leur équilibre.

Vin :

La collerette violette des bouteilles de Château la Conseillante fait écho à sa robe violine. Les arômes intenses de fruits rouges, de violette, de réglisse se dégage du verre pour faire place à une bouche charnue et onctueuse. Le fin boisé, les épices, le fruité, tout se mêle harmonieusement pour terminer sur une finale longue et pleine de fraicheur. Un joyau de l’appellation.
