MARC DE BOURGOGNE DUJAC 45° 75 CL
Marc de Bourgogne is produced from the distillation of grape marc, from wine-growing areas in Burgundy. It must be produced respecting certain requirements, particularly in terms of grape varieties (only Burgundy grape varieties are authorized) but also in terms of manufacturing processes: it must not contain more than 72 degrees. It can be aged up to more than 10 years in oak barrels, in order to benefit from the mention "Hors d'âge". The marc de Bourgogne, thus matured, sees its floral, fruity, but also tertiary aromas preserved by long-term aging in old barrels.
