CHOLTEMPO FIORELLO STELLA DI CAMPALTO, 75CL

Stella di Campalto is located in Montalcino, in Tuscany, Italy. It was founded by the Di Campalto family in 1992, after they acquired the San Giuseppe Winery that had fallen out of use some 50 years previously. Today, Stella di Campalto comprises nine vineyards planted over approximately 7 hectares of land, with the remainder of the estate occupied by olive groves and woodlands. The estate achieved organic certification in 1996 and from 2002 onwards has implemented biodynamic agricultural practices in its vineyards.

“Choltempo” means “with time”. The wine naturally ferments in cement tanks and ages for 3 to 4 years in neutral barrique.
