Pierre-Yves Colin left the family estate of Saint-Aubin (Marc Colin) in 2006 for a garden of 2.5 hectares of vines that became 11 hectares and is located between Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault. With his wife Caroline Morey, who also owns her own estate, they have been sharing a beautiful and very modern production location since 2015.

This magnificent premier cru chassagne is the work of one of the rising stars of the Côte de Beaune. Ample on the palate but with a freshness present, it is a wine that has its place on the table of the most demanding amateurs.
