Domaine: it was at the beginning of the 17th century that Comte Lafond ended up having one of the most famous vineyards in Pouilly-Fumé. His great-grandson, Baron de Ladoucette, gave his name to the white wine we know today; the estate is located on the south side of the hill of Saint-Andelain, attaching great importance to producing quality wines.
Tasting: this white wine has a golden robe; moreover, it is clear and shiny. The nose reveals hawthorn-type floral notes as well as a gunflint aroma typical of Pouilly-Fumé. In the mouth, the minerality is present allowing to qualify this wine as fresh. It is also possible to perceive citrus aromas. This wine is lively and has a finish carried on an iodized note.
