Livio Felluga Chardonnay is developed with hand-harvested bunches from vineyards with marl and sandstone soils. On their arrival in the cellar, the raisins are slightly destemmed in order to modify a short maceration. Then they are gently squeezed and the must is clarified by decantation to carry out fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged on its lies for six months, bottled and left to rest for a few more months in order to finalize its refining before being marketed.
