MONTLOUIS SUR LOIRE “CLOS DE MOSNY” 2020 75 CL

Here is an area at the top of the Montlouis appellation which makes a group shot with all its cuvées. Wine broker more than twenty years ago, Jacky Blot took over the vines in Montlouis and undertook different vinifications by constantly innovating. With fermentation in barrels and aging in barrels, he breathed new life into the appellation by creating La Taille aux Loups.

This plot of Montlouis sur Loire is one of the flagship vintages of the Domaine de la Taille aux Loups. It is made with grapes from the oldest vines. The soil is composed of sands, clays and many small flints. The southern exposure allows it to obtain perfect maturity while having a beautiful freshness.
