The Estate covers one hundred hectares of which thirty hectares are used to produce our Côtes de Provence wines. With controlled productivity, each vine produces a reduced quantity of grapes in order to favor their aromatic quality.

Resulting from a strict parcel selection then from fermentation and aging in 5 Hls French Oak barrels, this wine develops an intense and aromatic flavor in the mouth and persists with finesse on subtle notes of roasted hazelnuts. A gastronomic wine, elegant and silky resembling its terroir.
