
Hibiki 17 years old is a blend of the best single malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu, aged in different types of casks, and subtly blended with grain whiskey from the Chita distillery. From Yamazaki it will inherit a fruity sweetness expressing aromas of peach, apricot, melon and cherry. From Hakushu will come woody and flowery aromas of lily, rose and mizunara (Japanese oak). Chita grain whiskey will bring a gourmet touch to the blend by completing the aromatic profile with notes of toffee, vanilla and lemon leaf. Bottled in its lovely bottle representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.
