
From the end of August, settled in one of the longest and most exceptional Indian summers in winegrower memory: a succession of hot, sunny and dry days until the end of October. Under these conditions, the heat of April favored an early budding of the vines, particularly on the Merlot variety, then the extraordinary late season allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly, retaining the flavors of the fruit and favoring the compounds. The work of the harvest could thus be carried out in perfect conditions, allowing time to pick the bunches at optimum maturity.
