
A terroir genius", such is the definition of Rémi Jobard. The Meursault villages and the Meursault Grands Crus created by him are unanimously applauded by Burgundy lovers. Already in the 16th century, written traces of the Jobard family's winemaking activities can be found.
The " Sous la Velle ", grown on gravel and fairly dry soil, has a pleasant nose of peach and soft pear. After aeration, the minerality is released, accompanied by sweet spices. In the mouth, hawthorn and stone are present and the finesse characterizes it.
