In 1998, the Jean-Marc Boillot estate expanded into Languedoc-Roussillon, where it produces a range of Vins de Pays d'Oc. The Estate is located in the Pic Saint Loup, Coteau du Languedoc appellation area between the Mediterranean Sea and the Cévennes.

Floral and very harmonious wine, refined with a perfectly integrated wood side. Very nice cuvée to discover this magnificent appellation that is Macon-Chardonnay. A subtly controlled acidity enhances the richness and balance on the palate.Beautiful evolution assured for this bottle.
