The harvest is manual. After selecting the cuvées from the best vines (average age over 30 years) and blending, the maturing of around twenty months is carried out in oak barrels (60% new barrels). The fining is carried out with fresh egg white with "candle" racking. The wines are very classically Saint-Julien, combining elegance, depth and power. Generous, concentrated, smooth, they show a certain rigor in the first years but their great aging capacity, which can often reach twenty years, allows them to develop a bouquet of exceptional richness.
