This Pouilly Fuissé Les Combettes Blanc from Château Fuissé is a wine made from a single plot of 40-year-old vines. Minerality, great finesse and elegance are the key words that define this magnificent Burgundy white. The "Les Combettes" Château-Fuissé plot (1.3 ha) is a small valley located at the southern end of the "Côte de Fuissé". The soils are extremely stony and limestone, naturally well drained, thus giving fine, very mineral and particularly racy wines.
