This tiny 18.8-acre plot is aptly named “Les Charmes”. Planted in 1982, these vines reign supreme at an altitude of 280m, close to the bedrock, on shallow soils. The roots plunge far into the Jurassic subsoil crossing thanks to their roots by the calcareous cracks. The 15-month aging in oak barrels, 30% of which are new wood, lightly coats these complex juices with very fine tannic grain.
