Tettineive is about a 2 hectare vineyard just outside of the village of Neive in Barbaresco. The vineyards are planted at a high elevation at 450 meters. Scarpa is an ultra-traditional producer who ages their wine in large botti for well over the minimum time required in addition to further bottle aging before release.
