The Musigny produced by the estate comes from a microscopic plot of 3.38 acres, planted with vines with an average age of 60 years in 2005. It is one of the most famous grands crus. prized in Burgundy. And for good reason, its exceptional soil produces one of the finest Burgundies of the Côte de Nuits. A myth to be savored after 8 to 20 years of aging.

Y is a rare wine produced at only 10,000 bottles per vintage. It comes from the same exceptional terroirs and the same vines as Château d'Yquem. While it benefits from the same qualitative cultivation methods, it differs in terms of its harvest and its preparation.

Since 1797, on the prestigious terroirs of Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot, our vineyards have offered the Estate their precious fruit. From these terroirs , we produce fourteen different wines, including la Grande Rue, a monopole of the Estate, one of the rare grands crus of Vosne-Romanée.
Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé can trace a line back over 550 years, to 1450 and the Chambolle vines of one Jean Moisson.
Highly regarded as the greatest estate in Chambolle Musigny, today the domaine is headed by its 20th generation – Claire de Causans and Marie de Ladoucette, the granddaughters of the late Comte Georges de Vogüé.
